1.. 2.. 3 Your Anger Is Gone - Now And Forever!

By: Christopher Stigson Anger is absolutely one of the dominant emotions. It's the most common and strongest emotion in humans. Feeling angry is extremely common, but if you not do something about it could literally kill you.

Buy why does one get angry? It's obvious that certain situations upset most of us and if they get out of hand we get angry. Anger is actually a similar emotion to happiness or sadness. It's healthy to feel angry. Anger will not go away, so do not ignore it. If you "collect anger" it can become dangerous, so be angry at times. However, always be tactful when dealing with anger.

There are plenty of ways to handle anger and managing it in a healthy way.

Be aware that you feel angry - It's good to know and accept that you are angry. Make it feel normal. Certain situations arise anger in most of us, especially in stressful environments. Don't be ashamed of being angry and don't feel guilt. Know you are a normal and emotional human being.

Calm down - Once you realize that you are getting angry try to calm down. You could move away from a messy situation, take a walk, discuss the situation with others and relax yourself. You could relax by taking a bath or listening to music or sleeping it off; take deep breaths to calm down your nerves, engage yourself in your hobbies - paint, draw or sing, meditate, etc. There are so many things you could do to calm your nerves. The advantage is that you find a couple of techniques that you could resort to, whenever you feel angry to allow yourself to calm down.

Communicate - When calm and able to open your feelings, sit down with the person you got angry with and discuss what happened. Be positive about your feelings and never point fingers at them. Be specific about why you got angry with them. Let the other person speak as well, and let them speak their mind. Then move on with your lives and walk away understanding more about yourself and the person you were angry with.

You would be smart to manage your anger in future with these tips

1: Recognize your triggers and limits - Instead of letting anger get at you, you may want to get familiar with these so you can prepare yourself, and deal with the problems effectively.

2: Identify substances that can increase anger - The substances in modern world that increase emotions such as anger and depression include things such as drugs, alcohol, narcotics, caffeine and more, so for your own good, stay away from these substances.

3: Practice meditation on a daily basis - If you meditate you train your mind to become more relaxed, even you are not angry. It's inevitable that you become a calm person if you practice calming techniques daily. So in bad situations, you are able to deal with anger and annoyance easily.

Just a few more words The issue will almost always remain if you focus on the person, because people rarely change, unless they put energy on it, thus, solving the issue with a mature solution is the way to go. Be more emotionally mature and this will become easy.
