Health guidelines recommend you have no more than 2 alcohol drinks daily, but rein yourself back to one and you're looking at 200,750 fewer KJ over a year or the weight loss equivalent to 26 blocks of butter.

**5. Get high on fiber to shrink belly fat. In general, fibrous foods are considered the best natural fat burning foods to use if you are thinking of going on a diet. These fibers help to keep you full longer and help move matter through your system faster. Thus, get plenty of vegetables, fruits and whole grain produce into your diet to aid your fat loss. Having a diet full of fiber certainly beats one that is full of calories.
