Back and Neck Pain: Prevention Is Better Than A Cure.

If, however pains continue to persist, it is recommended that you visit a doctor who will either treat you or pass you on to a specialist who will decide on a course of treatment. If your pain is excruciating you should visit an emergency ward at your local hospital for immediate treatment and relief
