You will be affecting the longevity and presentation of your photos and souvenirs if you use papers with high levels of acid. You also have to assure that the pens you will be purchasing do not easily bleed and fade.

Be artistic. There are ready made scrapbook templates that are available in the market but what beats a personalized album that characterizes the idea and artistry of the owner? Instead of buying stickers and album add ons to spice up and decorate your scrapbook, use readily available supplies from your house or garage. For example, you may use sticker to emphasize your travel to an exotic place but you may also use the plane tickets that you used in your travel.
