Biopsot Is An Inexpensive Solution To Pet Flea Worries.

By: Rebecca Foxton Cats and dogs, we just love them don't we? Well so do fleas, ticks and mosquitoes. It's no laughing matter for your pet either.

These three species are spreaders of bacteria and infections, and also can provoke flare ups on the skin.

Death is the worst case scenario, but even an illness can cost hundreds of dollars and a long period of time to treat, so why not choose to stop the problem before it starts?

It would be great to discover a product which tackles all external parasite problems in one go, but usually they only target one or two types.

Don't despair though, a simple product that does exactly that is Bio Spot Spot On Flea and Tick control.

Simply part the hair at the back of the neck, apply one application per month and the issue is resolved, no more fleas, ticks or mossies.

Just apply to the back of the neck in one topical application. It does not hurt or irritate your pet, in fact he won't notice it is there, but you will, especially when your pet is clear of ticks and fleas.

Biospot contains a powerful yet gentle insecticide which tackles pesky adults, whilst the added bonus of an Insect Growth Regulator (IGR) in the form of methoprene stops the development of flea eggs, preventing them hatching into adults.

You should take the threat of fleas very seriously as they may not only harm your pet, but also your home, causing a distinctly unwelcome presence.

Both cats and dogs can be treated with Biopspot, but make sure you use the right type for your animal as the canine formula may be lethal to felines.

An added bonus is that cats who have had skin conditions may take especially well to Biospot.

If you have ever seen a cat with bald spots, this is what happens when itchy flea bites get licked again and again - the hair is simply licked clean off. Two months is the minimum age for cats if you want to use Biospot.

Biospot is formulated for dogs in a slightly different way, with four strengths depending on the weight of your dog, 15lbs and under, 16-30lbslbs, 30-60, and over 60lbs.

Of course if your dog ever displays the symptoms of an allergic reaction such as fitting, salivation, twitching, shaking and so on, don't delay - get to the vet as soon as you can and stop the use of Biospot. These are the signs of a toxic reaction to the meds.

It's always wise to ask your animal doctor if you intend to use Biospot on vulnerable dogs, such as the old, the sick and those with puppies.

Use Biospot on the outside rather than than on the inside of your animal - it's designed only for exterior use. Kids sometimes like to play with dangerous stuff too, so best to keep all meds locked away!
