Body Cleanse and Lose Weight

More scientific studies are proving that our blood and tissues do accumulate chemicals and other toxins. They can be chemical pesticides or from industrial and environmental pollution including cleaning products, plastics and more. Tests are proving that our bodies cannot remove these on its own. It is time to be proactive, take charge of your health and body cleanse.

Industrial chemicals and pollutants can affect us in many ways. The medical community is becoming increasingly aware that some of these mimic hormones and may even cause genetic alterations. Some are linked to Alzheimer's disease while others are linked to cancer. These are degenerative diseases that may take years to show up.

On top of all this, your body also stores waste. When you eat too many junk foods or overeat, your body cannot eliminate the excess fat and calories. Instead, it becomes overwhelmed and burdened and cannot do what it should do. So, your body stores the excess as extra weight and fat.

Chemical toxins are no less a threat. They may be on a microscopic level, however we consume or absorb them every day, every meal, and even going outside to breathe. Since this organ also helps metabolize fat, we want to ensure it is working as best as it can.

You can take action and enhance your body's ability to lose weight. Don't wait for research to say all is fine, or a new drug will help you. Use some simple guidelines to help yourself and the body cleansing process.

This is as easy as following a cleansing diet by replacing junk foods and processed foods with more fresh, organic fruits, vegetables and whole grains. Drink plenty of fresh, filtered spring water.
