Body exercise: the key to happiness

By: Mary Johnson Body exercise helps your body to remove toxic substances from your system by stimulating the natural detoxification process. It plays an essential part in the detox process and therefore you should exercise on a daily bases. This doesn't mean you have to go to the gym every day. You can put on you favorite music and start dancing in your living room, for example. Make it fun. Go to the park with your children or take the stairs in stead of the elevator at work. Don't use the car every time you have to go out, but go by bike are walking.
Besides the 'normal' exercises start doing sports. Joining a team or a sporting club and go swimming, start playing tennis, do athletics or use horse riding as a way to exercise your body and mind.
"Body exercise improves the physical and emotional health".
The important advantages of body exercises are:
  * movement of the muscles makes your body capable to function more
     efficiently in removing toxins;
  * stimulates the body to absorb more oxygen and nutrients, the fuel of a
     human's body;
  * reduces stress and encourages relaxation;
  * strengthens your heart and lowers the blood pressure;
  * helps to control your cholesterol level and to burn fat tissues;
  * improves your night rest;
  * helps to produce endorphins, the body's natural pain-killers;
  * improves the blood circulation;
  * increase the digestion;
  * increase the resistance against bacteria and infections;
  * releases adrenaline and therefore decrease your stress level;
  * keeps your bones strong and healthy;
  * improves your self esteem;
  * stimulates deep inhaling which improves the blood,- and lymph circulation.

Doing body exercises will give you a satisfied feeling, increase your self esteem and removes mental limitations and disbeliefs. Commit yourself to exercise 15-20 minutes at least 3 times a week in the beginning. If you have enough power and energy you can try to exercise 5 times a week for 3O minutes. Build up the physical activities gradually, especially when you never or hardly ever work out. Another tip: enjoy it !!
