Cure Herpes Naturally

The basic natural treatment has two important elements: changing your diet and using healing plants. The aim of changing your diet should be strengthening your immunity system, and the plants should increase the time between herpes attacks.

Stress is a very important aspect of herpes. It works as catalyzed on the herpes. It is very important to try and avoid any sort of stress. This should be done by working from the inside out. First try to lower self stress which comes from your inside, accept yourself. Then try to control anger and stress from the outside world. Proportions and balance are key words not only in life but for better health as well.

Melissa Officinalis
It should be used at the beginning of the outbreak of herpes. Use leafs to make tea out of it. Avoid aluminum, instead use stainless steel cocking pot. Fill about ¾ Liter and use lots of leafs. Boil it and wait about 20 minutes then drink it while it’s still warm. Drink it about 3-5 times daily.

Echinacea Angustifolia
It is very important that the root from this plant will be used, it is best to consume about 50cc every month for six months. This should give you more time between outbreaks.

Combination
Of: mint, hyssop, oregano, melissa, salvia, and thyme. Use them same as with the Melissa Officinalis.

Essential Oil
Some oils such as: lemon and geranium, eucalyptus, roses, and melissa, can be used as well especially if they are pure.
