Detox your body: 13 tips to get the best results

Make sure your body starts breathing again: detox your body and bring your mental and physical well-being back in perfect shape. The following tips and techniques will help you detox and get rid of all negative toxins stored inside your body. Eliminated the toxic substances and help the natural detoxification process of your body by adapting these points to your daily habits. 
1-Avoid the use of sugars, alcohol, refined food, caffeine and tannin, red meat, heat and dairy products. Besides that Stop Smoking;
2-
Drink 6-8 glasses (the equivalent of 2 litres) of water a day to flush out toxins;
3-Include vegetables such as cabbage, broccoli, beetroot, cauliflower and Brussel sprouts for their liver cleansing abilities in your daily menu;

4-Replace good bacteria by taking a good flora supplement daily for at least three months;
5-Consume one portion of rice a day for stimulating bowel movement;
6-Spice your meals with various spices as they contain a lot of nutrients. Examples are basil, parsley, fennel, cinnamon, garlic, ginger, chilli, onion, rosemary and thyme;

7-Eat three portions of vegetables and three portion of fresh fruit every day as they contain essential vitamins, minerals and amino acids
. Besides that they hold a lot of fibres and potassium inside and little calories and waste; 
8-Add plenty of fibre from apples, pears and legumes as cashew nuts, almonds, olive oil, fresh fish, etc;
9-Support your liver with blueberries, watercress, oranges, peppers, tomatoes, walnuts, dandelion, green tea and chicory;
10-On waking drink a glass of warm lemon water, it's a wonderful liver cleansing aid;
11-Stimulate the kidneys by eating a melon or drinking cranberry juice or hot water with honey;
12-Eat at least 3 portions of fresh fish a week. Fish holds essential proteins and nutrients. Avoid fish that contains added salt;
13-Use non-dairy products as sheep yoghurt or goat milk as they digest easily.
Besides all the food you should take, there are also ingredients you should avoid (besides the cigarettes, caffeine, alcohol etc. which are already mentioned).
Another tip for an optimal detoxification process is to take good care of yourself. Take a relaxing bath, enjoy a massage, listen to your favourite music, read a book, take a sauna or steam bath or treat your body with a skin care remedy. Pamper your emotional you. Detox your mind.
