There are many festivals which are held at different times of the year, there is a bonfire festival which burns wooden characters. This is an ancient tradition which has been carried out in order to rid the area of bad spirits.

Benidorm is a very large city in the Alicante province within easy reach of the Alicante airport. This city has a number of different options available, during the day you can relax, and during the night there are plenty of things to do.

There are also a number of more exciting activities which you can do, such as visiting one of the many theme parks, like Terra Mitica. This has many rides and attractions suitable for children of all ages. There are also some water parks which can make the holiday even more enjoyable for children.

If your children are into animals then you should consider checking out the Terra Natura which is in Benidorm. This has many different types of animals which you can look at up close. The night life in these areas is also very vivid if you are into clubs and pubs, then there is plenty to satisfy you!
