Sugar - Instead of white sugar try artificial sweeteners. There are different kinds of artificial sweeteners, but all of them are lower in calories than sugar. Some of them are even calorie free.

Soft Drinks - Many people love having cola which is a fat adder. If you really like drinking cola try the diet version. If you can replace it with flavored water that will be great.

Processed Flours

Foods made of processed flours are real fat adders, White bread and pastas are a few examples, they are very high in calories and don't contain any fiber or whole grain. a better choice is to have foods made of whole grain.
