If you think he/she ignored you, they don't like you, it's negative receiving. Along with the negative thought, you will feel low, sad and rejected. At the same time, you will experience stomach cramps, low energy and feel sick physically.

Unlike that, if you think- he might be busy or he didn't notice you, you can remain cool. This is positive perception. You won't feel any anxiety or stress with this positive look.

You can see two different results for the same situation. It depends on how you think about the situation. How you think has affected how you felt and what you did.

So if you take Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and keep practicing your CBT skills, you can treat your generalized anxiety disorder for ever!
