How To Lose 5 Pounds In 10 Days

By: Brad Howard Since I’m on this step by step, “let me tell you how to do it”, kick today… I’m gonna show you how to lose 5 pounds in 10 days.

Our first order of business… realize that it’s not going to be body fat that you lose… it’ll be a combination of fat and water (and sugars).

Here’s exactly what you need to do to lose 5 pounds in 10 days.

Number One — Water only. Don’t drink anything else and make sure to get a gallon per day. Sure, you’ll have to go to the bathroom a lot but it’ll help flush out some of the toxins that have been lingering around. Plus, making sure you’re properly hydrated will guarantee that your metabolism is pumping at a high level.

Number Two — Drop all of your carbohydrates. What this will do is force your body to rid itself of it’s glycogen stores in the muscles and liver. You’ll also shed a bunch of water weight this way as 1 gram of glycogen attracts roughly 2.2 oz of water. So, if you’re getting rid of the glycogen, your getting rid of the water.

Number Three — Up your protein levels to help your body hold on to your muscle mass.

Number Four — Include interval and weight training in your workouts to conserve muscle mass and your metabolism.

That’s it. It’s quick and dirty but you’ll lose 5 lbs in 10 days no problem. Now, I don’t advocate you continuing to use this for your diet program but it can give you a quick start if you want to see some quick results.

Just remember… this isn’t going to be 5 lbs of fat… but five pounds of body weight.
