You can lose one pound per week extra if you eat or consume 500 calories less per day and lose another extra pound a week if you increase your activity to burn off 500 calories by fast brisk walking for 40 minutes per day and that will be an overall 2 pounds lose a week.
One to two pounds a week is the most weight you can safely lose and still have adequate or sufficient nutrition. More than 2 pounds per week is risky. Change your lifestyle habit to lose weight.?adjust or put your personal eating habits to match your activity levels.
1) Visit your doctor for a physical check-up and advice or opinion on your healthy weight range. The weight is determined by age, height, sex and the percent of body fat necessary for good health. Your doctor can recommend the healthiest range for your weight. He can evaluate you for any medical problems, that could be associated with overweight, such as thyroid disorders or diabetes
2) Commit yourself to change your eating health habits for permanent weight loss for life. People have a tendency to be overweight or weigh excessively. Weight control is a commitment for life. You are bound to reach your goal of losing weight if you stick to the diet plan and consistent regular exercise. But for most overweight people, permanent weight control means change your eating and regular exercise habits for the rest of your life.
Change your relationship with food and be ready to make the commitment and determination that will lead you to achieving your dream weight. Otherwise, you can lose and then regain the weight, lose and regain the weight. As a result, be more frustration, anger, depression and loss of self-esteem. Success depends on how committed and determined you are to loss that extra unwanted weight. Talk to your doctor or a dietitian to give you a healthy, personalized plan that is right for you in order to attain/achieve your goal.
