Suffering from allergies? Here are some tips to help

By: Kristina Brown Numerous people are threatened by allergies each and every day. Some allergy suffers are lucky and have the ability to point out and identify the triggers that cause them such unhappiness. However many others are oblivious to what exactly is causing their allergic reactions. By eliminating some common threats you may be able to entirely remove the root of allergenic triggers, even if you are clueless as to what exactly is causing your allergic reaction.
Smoking Inside the House - Smoking is not just harmful to the smoker but also all the people living with that person. Due to the ultra-fine particles smoking creates, smoking is a culprit of asthma problems and irreversible lung damage. Telling the person who smokes, to only do their smoking outside can drastically cut down on the amount of asthma symptoms members of the household may have.
Wood Smoke - Like tobacco smoke, wood smoke is very fine and can cause a problem for both children and adults. Many people experience teary eyes and coughing when exposed to smoke. Smoke may trigger asthma symptoms, regardless of whether it is tobacco or wood smoke. Try to avoid any type of smoke if your allergy symptoms continually appear for smoke may be the root of your symptoms.
Little Dog Fido - One of the most common allergic triggers is a pet. All types of pets including hamsters, cats, and dogs can create allergic symptoms. Pets are the catalyst for bringing pet dander into the house; pet dander is the cause for allergies not the actual pet itself. This is why getting rid of a pet will not automatically remove symptoms, as pet dander can stay in the house for months after the pet has left.
Controlling Pet Dander in your House - Here are some tips to remove pet dander from your household. Giving your pet a bath every week will have a tremendous impact on the amount of pet dander found around the house and severely cut down the amount allergy-related reactions you experience. It is important to note that just because a pet is labeled "allergy friendly," does not mean that it is. Any pet with fur can create allergy problems because an animal with fur creates pet dander, the root of allergy problems. You can gain a better night's sleep by keeping your pet out of your bedroom. By allowing a pet to come into your bedroom, you may experience a restless night due to the pet dander your pet has left behind.
Annoying and Disgusting Pest - Cockroaches are not just gross but can be the root of your allergy problems. Dead Cockroach remains and waste land up in the air you breathe, causing an increase of allergy symptoms due to such pests. Although it is hard to remove cockroaches from your house, doing so can take away allergic problems you have at home.
These are just some examples of what might be causing your asthma and allergy symptoms. Tobacco Smoke, Wood Smoke, Pets and Cockroaches may cause discomfort to you or a loved one by triggering allergy or asthma symptoms. Hopefully this article will help you diagnose your asthma or allergy symptom and help you find a cure.
