The Connection between White Vinegar and Yeast Infection EXPOSED

By: Linda Allen In the article below, a former victim of yeast infection and certified nutrition gives us the reasons why white vinegar and wine vinegar are negative factors for recovering from yeast infection. Can any vinegar form part of a diet against yeast infection? Experts working in holistic and alternative treatments say that the white vinegar can make yeast infections grow faster and should not be part of your diet plan.

The basic cause of yeast infection is a fungus called Candida. Candida exists in small amounts in healthy bodies but this is not dangerous. The danger comes when candida multiplies under certain circumstances and then invades the blood circulation from the intestinal tract to generate yeast infection symptoms. This explains why we call the yeast infection candida infection, or candidiasis.

Candiasis can have various factors. I will discuss the aspect of nutrition concerning the right habits and dietary guidelines to help your digestive system. This is in the light of Candida as a primary agent for all different kinds of yeast infections.

Both medical professionals and paraprofessionals state that the intake of refined sugar and carbohydrates (white rice and flour) is a factor that encourages Candida and the worsening of a yeast infection.

The Candida over grows even more when the environment is more acid. Therefore maintaining the right equilibrium of the alkalis and acids is another guideline to be followed to limit multiplication and yeast infection. We use the pH scale (potential hydrogen) to define acidity in the human body. This scale goes from fourteen the most alkaline level, down to zero the most acid level with seven being defined as neutral. Normally blood is in the range of 7.35 and 7.45, however even a small difference can provoke serious health complications.

Regrettably, modern lifestyle that is typified by a lack of physical activity, accentuated levels of stress and diets involving high fat and many calories, therefore stimulates the acid level in blood. To maintain the correct balance of acid and alkali, and therefore an environment which does not stimulate Candida, you must eat more of the foods which form alkalis (most fresh fruits and vegetables, green juices, almonds, tofu and any food containing calcium, potassium, sodium, magnesium, and cesium) and reduce the foods that form acid (most fish, dairy, and grain and meat products).

Now we understand better why white vinegar with its pH of 5.5 is so acidic. The replacement of foods with supplements that are alkaline is highly recommended. Vinegars have typically had a controversial role concerning diets against Candida. The exception is apple cider vinegar because it can be beneficial in treating yeast infections and has a pH of 7.5. So use organic apple cider vinegar instead of white vinegar.

The alkaline diets are a good first step to moving towards a healthy body and curing Candida and Candida infection but they will not be sufficient on their own for a full and comprehensive yeast infection treatment.

Did anyone tell you? The all-natural holistic treatment is now available which can remedy all yeast infections in safety and permanently prevent them from recurring.
