The Virus, Violence & Homeopathy

By: Sue Young The greatest weapons of mass destruction facing us at the moment are viruses. They have always been the greatest threat to our survival and will always remain so.

The only defence we have are our immune systems. This will always be the case. Immunity is not just a physical thing. Our minds must be healthy to resist bad ideas! Our emotional life needs to be healthy to resist bad feelings! Our bodies must be healthy ot resist the invasion of germs! We require a healthy gut that can digest bad influences! Our hearts need to be healthy so that they can tell the difference between life and disease! And we need a healthy astral body that allows our vital force to glow!

As a homeopath, I have long been aware that the desire to go to war is a PATHOLOGY! The desire to kill your neighbour is a PATHOLOGY! The desire to envy and steal from your neighbour is a PATHOLOGY! The desire to inflict pain is a PATHOLOGY!

HIV/AIDS results from a very dangerous virus. It kills thousands every month in Africa. Medical historian Harris Coulter talked about the association between the two diseases, AIDS and syphillis back in 1987. Those of us that practise as homoeopaths know that destructive forces such as these belong to the syphillitic miasm. In many cases we see the shocking effects of this in our practices.

The first symptom one sees of the syphillitic miasm an act of violence. I have witnessed a case where there was no physical disease present, and yet all family members had endured really terrible violent accidents. This miasm is particularly hard to come to terms with. Initial symptoms of aggression soon make way for forces of destruction. Mentally, thoughts become disconnected to life. Ideas are no longer contructive but destructive and separate themselves from other people and communities. Eventually self destruction or death becomes the overwhelming desire.

Emotionally, feelings become perverted, family and society bonds break down. Bodily, processes get eaten away and the flesh decays. Life is now painful, terrifying, fearful and violent.

Our job as homeopaths, as healers, is to help the earth come to terms with the violence that is so much a part of it. This is a pathology. Difficult it may be, but not impossible.

What homeopathy sets out to do is to grab hold of the stain of pathology from the living soul and remove it. Violence is not just an act. We must impress upon you that violence is a disease!
