Rationing and Moderation. This method does not require an individual to fully withdraw from all use of alcohol. Instead, they try to regulate the amount of intake of alcohol and eliminate the dependency by going back to low-risk drinking.

Alcoholism sometimes can be cured through the administer of medications, this method assist in the withrawal from alcoholism. This method reacts to the body's need for alcohol, the use of vitamins helps sustains the patients supplements. This also treats the damage cause by prolonged intake of alcohol.
