Two ways to detoxify your body and lose your weight quickly

A magazine published in June 2008 even stress on this method and elaborate on how fast this method will assist a person to lose weight quickly. But the truth of the matter is not always as stated. Although people can lose weight quickly by fasting, but when they resume their everyday routine, the weight that they lost will start piling back up again. And when its does, all the effort of fasting will amount to nothing.

One of the fundamental reason why people gained their weight back is because of their old habits. "Out of sight, Out of mind" ...as the saying goes. Just because we have lost weight doesn't mean that we can revert to our old eating habits. Food like Hamburger, Sodas, are bad for us and always will be. Therefore to break the cycle we ought to change what we eat as well if we wish to avoid gaining back all the weight that we lost. Eat foods that have high fiber content like Raw fruits or green vegetables. First, this has the effect of making you feel "full" and secondly, these food are not filled with toxins that are harmful to our body. This will allows your body time to remove the toxins from your body.

Do you know that your weight gain is indicative of the fact that your body is full of toxins? We acquire these toxins in a number of ways: through foods, drinks, air, etc. These toxins are so harmful that they will force you to eat a lot more food than you actually need; they will also slow down your metabolic rate to such an extent that you will burn very little or no fat. Consequently, you'll gain weight!

1.Making good choices for your snacks: If you are aware of what goes into your mouth, then snacking need not be bad for your health. It will not be entirely good to eat cookies and drink sodas. But it is healthy to snack on celery sticks and carrots or even on almond butter. It is also a good idea when you are finished with snacking that you do some light exercise like a short walk or just chores in the house. This will be more than sufficient to burn the calories that you just consumed.

2. Drink enough water: Our body is primarily made up of water, in fact 83% of it. Therefore it makes good sense to drink a lots of water daily as its is a very important component of our body. For an adult, 8 glasses of water is required daily. If you recall back that toxins can cause obesity, the function of water is to remove these harmful toxins through our kidneys. Through this way, the body will be slowly detoxified and in time you will also lose weight.
